SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT PROGRAMS
If you or someone you love is suffering from an
alcohol or drug dependence, please contact us. Our
caring and experienced staff is available to answer your
questions.
TREATMENT
Treatment for alcohol
or drug addiction begins with an assessment by one of
our licensed clinical social workers. From this free and
confidential assessment we will develop a personalized
care plan. Duration of treatment and goals to be
achieved are based on individual needs.

Individual, couple,
family or group counseling - Medical and Psychological
Services - Prevention Education and Training -
Intervention Guidance - Drivers Remedial Education for
DUI offenders - Urinalysis Processing on site -

COST
PHASE operates on a sliding
fee scale, based on household income and family size.
Many clients pay reduced fees on a weekly basis. Also,
many insurance companies and Medicaid may pay for
treatment. We can assist clients with applying for these
benefits.
